Ringlock scaffolding standard is made of Q235 steel tube, OD is 48mm, thickness is 3.0mm, surface can be hot dip galvanized or powder coated.
The drop forged rosettes of ringlock scaffolding are welded on standard every 500mm, which is international standard. Each rosette have 8 holes, including 4 large holes and 4 small holes. so ringlock scaffolding allow the legers and standards are not at right angle. which means the ringlock scaffolding can be used for any shape of building.
Connect pin can be adjustable or fixed on standards, as you like.
2. Hydraulic Scaffolding Ringlock Ledger
The ledger blade is drop forged, and strong welded at the end of ledger. ledger blade has lock pin, which can lock the ledgers on rosette, and the lock pin are also fixed on the blade and will not come out, so you don't worry about it will lost.
The ringlock scaffolding cross brace is used for stable the whole system, which is according to trangle theory.
4. Hydraulic Scaffolding Ringlock Plank
Ringlock scaffolding plank is made of Q345B steel sheet, which has skid-risistant and waterproof surface. At the end of plank, hooks are welded to make plank lock on scaffolding ledgers.
5. Hydraulic Scaffolding Ringlock Jack Base
Jack base can be solid or hollow, surface can be powder coated or hot dip galvanized, ringlock scaffolding jack base is used for stable the whole system and make sure all scaffolding standards are at the same horizontal plane, and it also can disperse the loading of standards.
